Sue's visit - Day 4 - IFC/Peak

I brought Sue to the 4th floor of the IFC so she could get a good look at the Kowloon side from HK. Unfortunately, there is all this construction going on so you don't get the greatest view.

We met Kenny at the japanese place that has good Katsu. This was also the place that Taylor had thrown up all over one of the bench cushions. I think enough time had passed so they would'nt have recognized us.. Or at least, that's what I hoped. =)

Sue loves taking photos of the food we eat. Too bad I wasn't ready for this photo...

 Yum.. Katsu-don!

The HK Apple store opened the weekend that Sue arrived. Sue may or may not have contemplated on camping out for the grand opening. Actually, I think her exact words were "Should we do it?".

Waiting for the peak tram to come get us.

On the tram before it starts climbing up.

You can see how steep it goes based on the angles of the window and buildings. Yes, I'm still a nerd.

As we climb higher, we are starting to get views of the water.

 At the sky terrace!

They had this strange promotion about loving the peak. People would write messages on hearts and put them on this display.

We wrote one to David. And yes, I pushed/slid down all the hearts on this string so that I could take my photo. Afterwards, I was kind enough to push them kind of back.

Group photo in front of the bay. Unfortunately, Taylor was looking the other way.

We discovered a purple heart on the other viewing platform and took photos with the little star.

Somehow, I look the most awkward holding my own child...

After we got to the base of the tram station, we decided to take the bus back to the MTR station to head back to Kowloon. We're the cool kids at the back of the bus. =)
