Over half way through...

After talking about it for a month or two, I finally got my act together and am starting our blog. We figured this would be the easiest way for us to share news and photos with family and friends about what's going on with us.

As most of you know, we are expecting our first child on November 16, 2010! What some of you may not know is that we have found out that it's a baby girl in the beginning of July. We haven't picked out a name yet, but have started to narrow down the names. Now, that we know it's a girl, the nesting process has slowly begun. We have purchased 1 item for the nursery. A crib!

Hopefully in the next month or so, we'll get more furniture and decorations so we can be prepared!

I've started the last month of my 2nd trimester and am starting to feel a bit more unwieldy. I can't imagine what I'll feel like in another couple of months! Here's one of the few pictures we've captured where I believe that I start to look like I'm pregnant versus just gaining some weight. =) This was taken over fourth of July weekend. Unfortunately, I had caught a cold and got a sty in my eye right before our trip to San Deigo, but at least I was able to relax in a comfortable location.

This is the first picture we took and I was told that my belly wasn't prominent enough. So, David decided he'd help out.

We'll try to put up a more recent picture soon. Hope everyone is doing well!
